RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase. All our items are checked carefully before shipping to make sure they are free from damage or defect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. Make sure the items are in new condition, unworn and with all original packaging. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund/exchange, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
EXCHANGES Any items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please ensure you include the details of the item you would like to exchange for, including the Style Name and Colour.
SHIPPING All shipping fees are non-refundable
SALE ITEMS There is no return or exchange on sale items under any circumstances.
FAULTY ITEMS If you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at email@example.com We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by us via email within 48 hours of your parcel being received.
